Neuro-Step: Your Next Step to Fight Parkinson’s is for people with any Parksonian-like symptoms. The goal of the class is to assist with achieving the recommended exercise amount and type in order to slow the progression of the disease process by providing a structured class with emphasis on physical activity, cognitive challenges, and community.
